How long is delivery?
If you’ve purchased an artificial wreath it will be sent out the same day you ordered (if before 3pm). If however you’ve purchased a real fresh wreath then it our florists will create it within 24hrs of your order and then send it out the same day its made. To summarise Artificial (1-2 days), Real (2-3 days) by the time you receive them.
Will my real wreath look the same as the images?
Although all our real wreaths are hand made to order, we do have a set design which is pictured on the product pages. We try our very best to make the wreath look as close to the picture as possible - There will however be slight difference between orders as each flower & foliage is unique, arriving in different shapes and sizes. (just like us).
How long will my wreath last?
Real wreaths can last over 6 weeks if correctly cared for. In hot weather its important to keep the wreath hydrated. If you’re hanging a wreath on you front door and the sun beams down on it all day long it’s likely your wreath won’t last as long. On average a fresh wreath will last 3-8 weeks. Artificial wreaths of course will last a lifetime.

Where are your wreaths made?
All our real wreaths are made in our floristry in Britain. We are based in Lancashire, England. Each wreath is hand made by our in-house florists.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We offer a next day delivery option (Royal Mail Tracked24) on all our orders. Real wreaths do require 24hrs to be made and so unfortunatley you won't be able to get real wreath next day. Artificial wreaths, kits and accessories are all available for next day delivery as there is no creation time needed.
